Free Cognitive behaviour therapy for insomnia
Do you:
- Have difficulty sleeping on at least half the days of the week?
- Feeling tired, irritable or having difficulties concentrating during the day?
Researchers in the Department of Psychology at Metropolitan University are seeking individuals who experience difficulties with falling asleep or staying asleep to participate in a research study. This study is designed to determine how best to manage the symptoms of insomnia without sleep medication. If you are 18-79 years of age, suffer from insomnia, and do not suffer from any major medical disorders, you may qualify for this study.
