If you are between the ages of 18 and 79, and do not have trouble sleeping or any major medical problems, you may qualify to participate in a paid research study at the Ryerson University Insomnia and Sleep Research Program. Reactivity in the Dark

Researchers in the Department of Psychology at Ryerson University are seeking adults over the age of 17, with or without insomnia, to participate in a paid research study about how they react under differing lighting conditions. It entails a visit to Ryerson University, completing questionnaires and listening to sounds in the light and in the dark while eye-blinking, heart rate and muscle movements are being measured. Seeking Those Who Have Had Insomnia in the Past

If you are between the ages of 18 and 79, and in the past you have had trouble sleeping but no longer have that difficulty, you may qualify to participate in a paid research study at the Ryerson University Insomnia and Sleep Research Program. Unpaid Studies

Free Cognitive behaviour therapy for insomnia

Do you:

  • Have difficulty sleeping on at least half the days of the week?
  • Feeling tired, irritable or having difficulties concentrating during the day?

Researchers in the Department of Psychology at Ryerson University are seeking individuals who experience difficulties with falling asleep or staying asleep to participate in a research study. This study is designed to determine how best to manage the symptoms of insomnia without sleep medication. If you are 18-79 years of age, suffer from insomnia, and do not suffer from any major medical disorders, you may qualify for this study. Researchers in the Department of Psychology at Ryerson University are seeking individuals who experience difficulties with depression and insomnia to participate in a research study involving free psychotherapy for depression. This study is designed to determine how best to manage the symptoms of depression including the symptom of insomnia. If you are 18-79 years of age and suffer from depression, you may qualify for this study.
