Angela Lachowski, MA (Doctoral student)

I came to the Clinical Psychology program at Ryerson University from The University of Western Ontario, where I completed an honour’s specialization Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My research interests involve an investigation of the connection between insomnia and cardiac health, specifically assessed via heart rate variability.

Kristin Maich, BA (Master’s student)

I graduated in 2013 from The University of Western Ontario with a BA in Honours Psychology. My undergraduate thesis work examined the potential moderating effect of temperament on the relationship between sleep restriction and executive function in preschool children.

Annabelle Torsein, BA (Master’s student)

I completed my Honour’s BA in Psychology at York University. Over the next year, I plan to research insomnia interventions in late adolescence.
